About me
This is my 20th year in education, 6th year as a librarian. I was awarded Mansfield ISD's Elementary Teacher of the Year for the 22-23 school year. I am advocate for creating a library that is thought of as the “Heart of the School.” I strive to make my school’s library inclusive, engaging, and empowering. I believe that the library should promote a culture of empathy, understanding and emotional growth.
